- Wide contact base among IT community in Belarus;
- Expert knowledge of local recruiting practices and process, comprehensive understanding of HRM, business and technical issues, inventing and implementing coherent HR strategies, improving internal HR procedures;
- Experience in HR marketing, Teambuilding and Corporate events.
